8 Regional A and 8 Regional B teams will compete in separate round robin tournaments and then conclude with separate modified single elimination/placement tournaments with all teams (placement is by Wins/Losses with head to head breaking ties, then total points in common rounds). Top 4 teams in each division receive awards, and the Top 10 individuals in each division. Scholarships will be awarded to the Top 5 individuals in each division.
